The clubhouse is a historical landmark located in the beautiful midtown district in Detroit, MI.
It is accessible from all freeways via Warren Ave and Brush St. Conveniently located on the corner of Brush and Ferry Streets, the DAWC Clubhouse also comes with a parking lot available for rental use.
It is also walking distance to the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, College for Creative Studies and the Q-Line which is conveniently located two blocks down on Woodward.
The main, lower level of the clubhouse consists of two bathrooms, living and dining room space, and a serving kitchen.
The upper level of the clubhouse consists of two smaller meeting spaces (with a retracting wall separator) and one bathroom.
