Arise detroit neighborhood summit

This past Saturday, 11/4/2017, members of the Detroit Association of Women's Clubs participated in the ARISE Detroit Neighborhood Summit, which brought together city wide organizations such as block clubs, community groups and ordinary citizens to champion the face of change and empowerment in Detroit.
